From single street subdivisions to luxury apartments/condominium complexes, to master-planned communities, Borderland has partnered with a multitude of local and national home builders to build hundreds of residential infrastructure projects throughout Southern Arizona.
Utility Infrastructure
Whether it is a half-inch service connection or a 120-inch transmission main, Borderland takes pride in being the largest underground contractor in Southern Arizona, installing sewer, water, and dry utilities.
Drainage Infrastructure
Borderland effectively evaluates and delivers on all aspects of drainage projects and associated infrastructure, with attention to client needs and environmental requirements. We install all types of storm drains including, pipe culverts, box culverts, soil cement bank protection, channels, basins, and underground retention systems.
Mining Support
Borderland mining support services include earthwork, HDPE piping/fusion, underground utility installation, drainage, plant work, and structural concrete. With more than 80 mine Safety and Health Administration trained employees, we are all on call to help at a moment’s notice.
Mass Excavations
Borland self-performs mass excavations for: subdivisions, retail centers, landfills, recharge basins, golf courses, solar fields, pit tripping, outfall channels, and detention/retention basins.
Structural Concrete
our in-house structural concrete crews regularly build bridges, retaining walls, headwalls/wingwalls, catch-basins, junction structures, inlet/outlet structures, and any other structure needed on a project.
